TREATMENTS
RELAXATION
Take Time For You
A Swedish Massage has an intent of relaxing the mind while the majority of techniques used stimulate blood flow to the area and promotes an overall decrease tension in the musculature.
THERAPEUTIC
What Brings You In Today?
This treatment focuses on resolving a client’s specific complaint and often utilizes modalities such as cupping, active and passive muscle release, joint mobilization techniques, and remedial exercises.

This appointment is scheduled with extra time to educate patients of new findings, create a treatment plan, and review exercises.
MAINTENANCE MASSAGE
Maintaining Your Range
A therapeutic massage for addressing general stiffness caused by activities of daily living or pain management for chronic illness and injury. This treatment still utilizes modalities such as cupping, active and passive muscle release, and joint mobilization techniques.
Unlike a therapeutic massage appointment, there is no time schedule to review exercises and anatomy.
MYOFASCIAL CUPPING
Elevating yhe Art of Healing
Cupping is an ancient form of therapy where cups are placed on the skin to draw up tissue to decompress and increase mobility in muscles and fascia, move lymph, and enhance the body’s own healing process, thus decreasing musculoskeletal pain. Due to the suction, this can leave a circular mark (similar to the colouring of a bruise) the shape of the cup on the area.
NEW ASSESSMENT
Welcome!
For new clients booking their 1st appointment. Initial intake includes reviewing medical history forms, assessment, discussion of expectations, and treatment plan. Followed by the treatment itself and education on anatomy and remedial exercises.
