THERAPEUTIC

What Brings You In Today?

Upper Back Massage

MAINTENANCE MASSAGE

Maintaining Your Range

A therapeutic massage for addressing general stiffness caused by activities of daily living or pain management for chronic illness and injury. This treatment still utilizes modalities such as cupping, active and passive muscle release, and joint mobilization techniques.

Unlike a therapeutic massage appointment, there is no time schedule to review exercises and anatomy.

Shoulder Stretch

MYOFASCIAL CUPPING

Elevating yhe Art of Healing

Cupping is an ancient form of therapy where cups are placed on the skin to draw up tissue to decompress and increase mobility in muscles and fascia, move lymph, and enhance the body’s own healing process, thus decreasing musculoskeletal pain. Due to the suction, this can leave a circular mark (similar to the colouring of a bruise) the shape of the cup on the area.
